🍓 WINE GOT BORED AND STARTED MAKING FRIENDS. 🍷
A glass of wine is great.
A glass of wine with fruit, bubbles, and absolutely no intention of taking itself seriously? Even better!
Today we’re making a Strawberry Rosé Spritz — light, cold, fruity, and basically built for squeezing every last bit out of summer.
🍓 STRAWBERRY ROSÉ SPRITZ
🍷 4 oz chilled rosé
🍓 2–3 sliced strawberries
🍋 ½ oz fresh lemon juice
✨ 2 oz sparkling water
🧊 Ice
Add the strawberries and lemon juice to a wine glass and give them a gentle muddle. Fill with ice, pour in the rosé, top with sparkling water, and stir.
That’s it.
No shaker. No complicated ingredients. No need to pretend you own a cocktail bar in your kitchen.
Taste: Crisp rosé, fresh strawberry, a little citrus, and just enough fizz to keep things bright and refreshing.
It’s basically a fruit salad that figured out how to have more fun. 😎
Perfect for the kind of August evening where you sit outside, enjoy the weather, and conveniently forget that in the Adirondacks we’re probably only about six Tuesdays away from scraping frost off something.
