JOB TITLE: Marketing Graphic Designer
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
REPORTS TO: VP of Marketing
SUPERVISES: None
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
JOB SUMMARY
Directly works with and supports the Marketing Team which consists of the VP of Marketing, Marketing Communications Supervisor and Marketing Communication Specialist. The Marketing Team supports business to business sales efforts in all industry channels we serve such as theme parks, convenience stores and sports. The Marketing Graphic Designer specializes in developing creative imagery in the branding and delivery of high-quality sales material as part of the company's marketing efforts.
The Marketing Team provides strategic direction, and the Marketing Graphic Designer is responsible for creating concepts and visual representations including photography and videos to meet objectives. Furthermore, as a Marketing Graphic Designer, it is also essential to keep abreast of the latest graphic and color trends. The Marketing Graphic Designer will also be responsible for assisting in updating the Company website with graphics, product/component images and photos.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and Produce Marketing Materials
Catalogs (Digital Flipbooks and Print)
Brochures/Sales Sheets
Trade Show Graphics
Infographics
Design of Print and Digital Ads
Photography
Color Correcting/Editing & Trimming all photos
Take Product photos, create layout themes
Take product and component photos for digital and print application
Stage photographs to replicate ‘real world’ scenarios
Lifestyle Images
Implementing product images into stock photography for use in digital and print applications, including large scale graphics for trade shows
Creation of ‘filled’ product images utilizing sourced food & beverage images
Create Short Promotional Videos
Recording video using phone or digital camera
Editing of video
Corporate/Internal
Branding/Logos and style guide creation and management
Suggest design elements for updating all literature and presentation templates
Assisting with the maintenance of the Whirley-DrinkWorks! website
Template and upload new product Ability to create motion graphics
Photos
Tracking and updating product component colors as needed
Creation of other graphics/images across entire site as needed

REQUIRED TRAINING:
Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
Microsoft Office
REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:
Proficient with a DSLR Camera, and experience with lighting products using a photo booth
Ability or experience in promotional videos or motion graphics
Marketing & sales content writing capability preferred
Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
Excellent partnership and communication skills
Desire to continue building skill set through training
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associates Degree with four years’ experience to meet requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and two years of relevant experience preferred.
Required experience in graphic design and photography with experience in creating short promotional videos preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, or sitting.
