Today's Special - Fried Chicken Sandwich
A generous boneless thigh, soaked in buttermilk, double breaded and fried using beef tallow. Topped with lettuce & tomato on a brioche bun with a side of Elia's macaroni salad. Sriracha honey sauce (highly recommended) on the side, or a dipping sauce of your choice.

We have a limited supply of Japanese A-5 wagu. These are a first come first serve item, with limited quantity. Considered as some of the finest beef in the world, these are a perfect gift for father's day.

Not suited for grilling due to high fat content. The best way to prepare these steaks is to let them rest at room tempature for 30 mins. Lightly season with salt and pepper, and then throw them in a hot pan for 1 to 2 minutes on each side for a rare to medium rare steak.
