A groundbreaking for the new multi-use development was held this week in the Village of Walloon Lake.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the latest construction project on Walloon Lake, The Renwick. This multi-use project will include 16 luxury condominiums and a market with retail space on the main level at the site of the former Walloon Village General Store.
