We often feature wines from Sancerre in various tastings and flights but it has been a long while since we did Sancerre on its own. Of course there will be plenty of Sauvignon Blanc in this tasting but we can't neglect rose and a rouge just for good measure! Thursday should be a good time. Hope you can make it!

Hope everyone had a great weekend! This beautiful weather and seeing more people walking around downtown is wonderful to see. Sicily this week. Focused mostly on Etna wine plus one from COS! What's not to love? Etna Bianco is a gateway drug for those of you who are less inclined to like white wine. We have plenty of rosso in this lineup as well. Hope to see you Thursday!

We might actually be insane but we decided it was a good reason to open some really amazing wine. This is not a drill and this is not an April Fool's joke. These bottles will be available by the ounce this weekend starting on Thursday. Most of us at the shop haven't ever had a Monopole from DRC but now is the chance to change that! '98 Cheval Blanc is no slouch either! We will have other flights available as well but we wanted to get these out there so you can make plans to come taste some truly epic wine! It has become a bit of tradition to kick off Cayuse weekend with some Champagne. We also are going for a bit of a greatest hits on this tasting. When you have a Chablis tasting you have to bring the best for comparison. And it's time to check in on 2018 Vaillons! These two Domaines need no introduction but when people make their lists of the best of Chablis these two are in every conversation. Hope to see you tonight!

At the foot of the Alps is one of the most famed regions of Italian wine. Everyone knows Piedmont for the Barolo and Barbaresco but we sure do love it all! Wanted this one to focus on everything but nebbiolo, but we can't leave the wine of kings out in the cold. Should be a fun time. Come hang out with us!

Grenache is one of those grapes that can be expressed in many different ways. We kinda dig them all. There are a couple heavy hitters in this tasting. This is not one to miss! Whether you like crunch factor 9000 or rich and powerful this tasting has something for everyone! And what better way to say goodbye to February than with this tasting on the penultimate day of the month! Same Bat Time, same Bat Channel! Don't worry, we'll bring the Shark Repellent Bat-Spray.

Rumor is there is a Brewfest going on this weekend in Walla. Our friends at are making some amazing hard cider and perry and with everyone running around downtown this weekend we figured we should have some fun as well. $5 to taste these three delicious fermented beverages. Probably the best deal you will find all day! Come in and talk to Allan about their project of foraging fruit in Blue Mountains! We will have plenty on hand to purchase as well! Hope to see you as you finish Brewfest this year.
