Don't get us wrong. We love our Carpano Antica and Dolin... they are classics for a reason! But sometimes you want to mix it up a bit. Mauro Vergano is brand new to the shop, and it is special enough that it most likely doesn't belong in a cocktail; but sometimes you want to be fancy.
