We just unwrapped a BEAUTY today. Pawlet from has become a staple in our case and this wheel is absolutely stunning.

Of course it is though. is their head cheese maker that and she is a milk whisperer. Leslie started out making Pawlet with Consider The Bardwell Farm. She has trained with American cheese maker legends. And now, she's the legend.

Seriously, this cheese is legendary.

We packed so much into Thursday this week, we had to put it all in the carousel!

- Stop in 4-7pm to enjoy the patio with some .
- Meet and try their amazing gluten-free breads. Sara'll be selling corn bread to go with BBQ and setting up pre-orders for June 12th pick up.
