What an incredibly fun evening on the patio!

And what a perfect Friday night to be out there arranging grazing cups and bouquets with .alacarte!

The weather was just so splendid that we made a last minute decision to move our workshop from inside the store to the patio.

We kicked things off with flower leis and a little cheese sampling before diving in to making grazing cups and bouquets with sampling a few wines from our store!

And as the sun went down, it offered us a orange hue that matched perfectly with the decor.

Product highlight! We recently added these spectacular sauces to our shelves from .

We've got three flavors - Chili Crisp, Nut Crunch and Chili-Crisp-Hot-Honey!

Chili crisp isn't always the first thing people think about when pairing with cheese, but trust us, it works. The rich umami notes and piquant heat are an excellent match for a creamy bloomy rind like Melinda Mae from . They can really amp up the flavors of a big, sweet and crunchy cheddar like Prairie Breeze from . We also love the burst or flavors that come with pairing the Chili Crisp Hot Honey with a sublime blue like High Lawn Blue from .

Really, the question is what does chili crisp not pair with. This is our everything condiment.
