Today is the last day to participate in our Chase the Unicorn 🦄 event/Raffle! We will have one of each of the following whiskeys to raffle:

Winners will have the option to purchase one bottle at retail price. Please read the details below on how to enter the raffle!

🕛Raffle Timing:
- Secure your entries between April 9 and April 12.
- Winners will be announced on April 13.
Please note that you DO NOT need to be present to win. Winners will have until 9PM on Tuesday, April 15th to purchase their bottle.

🦄Here is the fun part! How do I enter the raffle?
1. Blind Whiskey Flight: Each blind flight purchase earns you one entry.
- The flight includes three 1-ounce pours served blind, with one pour featuring a rare whiskey (the "unicorn").
- Correctly identifying which pour is the unicorn earns an additional entry.
- Correctly identifying the name of the unicorn whiskey earns two more entries.
- The flight is priced very competitively at $40, with a limit of one flight purchase per day per person.
- There will be two unique flights, each served on two days.
Day 1 April 9th : Flight 1
Day 2 April 10th : Flight 2
Day 3 April 11th : Flight 1 (positions changed)
Day 4 April 12th : Flight 2 (positions changed)

2. Retail Purchase: Every $50 spent at our retail shop earns two entries. (There is no fun in this though!)

Winners will be contacted by phone and must purchase bottles in person by end of day on Tuesday, April 15th. Bottles are first win, first serve.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Johnathan Crocker, Co-founder & CEO of thefrankaugust , to Barrel Blends VP — the mind behind the “World’s Best Rye Whiskey of 2024” (as crowned by the International Wine & Spirits Competition).

While he was here… let’s just say a few Case Study 3 (Batch 6) bottles may have gotten the Crocker signature treatment. Yep — the award-winning batch, right there on our shelves. But fair warning: only a couple bottles are up for grabs. 👀

And if you’re looking ahead, the soon-to-be-released Frank August Rye and Case Study 5 (Wheated) are next-level — truly small batch, artfully made, and absolutely worth the wait.

You can catch Emily behind the bar on Fridays and Saturdays! Although her background is in craft beer, she also has great taste in wine, including one of our favorite Pinot Noirs -- from Santa Lucia Highlands.

Introducing the first installment of the Booker's 2025 small batch series. At 125.7 proof this bourbon has depth and so much character. Now available for purchase at retail or by the ounce at our bar!

We are excited to announce our next single barrel store pick whiskey: Elijah Craig Barrel Proof from Heaven Hill distillery. We call this pick “The Kentucky Piñata”. To get a barrel this good, we had to let the angels have a good big share of the piñata 🙄 (5 case yield). The Piñata story: Our team and some guests made it to Kentucky for the pick, where we got 3-4 samples. All of them were great but none fit the profile that we were looking for. So our host allowed us to roll out not one, not two, but three new barrels and samples. We had to hand roll them and hit the barrels like a piñata to get the bung out. Hence the name: The Kentucky Piñata! It has a great rich palate, 127.2 Proof, Floor 5, and 11+ years old. Release details coming soon.

Our Four Roses Bourbon single barrel release party is tonight (Sold Out) and In-Store release is tomorrow at store open! Very limited availability, but available at all locations. Cheers!!
