“As we celebrate 25 years of the Ardbeg Committee in 2025, we venture further into space once more… Behold the immense magnetism of Ardbeg’s mash tun. Responsible for converting our malted barley into fermentable sugars (mashing), all life at Ardbeg revolves around the tun. This time, however, it has become a force to be reckoned with, as we concentrate its power to materialise a new frontier of flavour for Ardbeg.
INTENSITY OF DENSITY
Experimenting with a process called ‘high gravity mashing’, our intrepid whisky creators vastly decreased the amount of water in the mash tun, then packed more grain into the mix than ever before. Crushing and compressing every drop of liquid, this unconventional mash has magnified the intensity of flavour-active acetate esters. Ramping up the density of wort to astronomical levels, we’ve drawn in fruitier, sweeter flavours from the deepest corners of the mash tun.”

Wild Kingdom- Eden’s Specialty Cider’s Wild Kingdom is wild fermented cider at its best. A supremely bubbly, wild fermented, totally dry sparkling cider made from seedling apples in the Northeast Kingdom. This blend is comprised of apples harvested using a traditional rope tree shaker. Rested on primary lees for 9 months, the local honeys spur secondary fermentation and leave no residual sugar, lending aroma without added sweetness.
Bone dry and very textural, with minerality and wet stone qualities throughout - even in the mouth feel. Notes of lemon pith, wet stone, and tropical fruit. Classic juicy, tropical note on the finish - an ever present gift of our Northern terroir.

On the nose, Alluvium 2022 has intense notes of crushed raspberries, dragonfruit, and lemon peel. Refreshing flavors of sun-warmed raspberry, cherry pit and red apple linger on the palate alongside a complex stony minerality.

Varieties | 51% Petit Pearl, 33% Marquette, 11% St. Croix, 5% L’Acadie Blanc

Terrane-The nose is full of black currant and red plum, with a touch of smoky mocha. Acidity and body are medium... fuzzy but bright and attention-getting. On the palate, Terrane is an overflowing bowl full of berries; blue, red, black, purple, plum! The finish is lengthy, smooth, and lightly tannic.
Varietals | 100% Petite Pearl

Tectonic (Natural Orange Wine) - The aroma is complex and layered, with notes of apricot, peach, raisin, white pepper, tea, rose water, and floral attributes; you could keep your nose in this all day. This vintage is medium-bodied and has power, yet is balanced.
On the palate, the tannins and acidity are integrated, with a tartness and texture reminiscent of tea and thick-skinned tropical fruits.

Single Barrel Selection – Bold & Balanced

Right off the bat, the nose bursts with orange peel and rich honey, followed by a subtle hint of paraffin almost reminiscent of a candlelit date night.

On the palate, those fruity notes shine even brighter. Juicy oranges and ripe cherries take the lead, while the 117 proof adds a warm-to-hot mouthfeel that reminds you this pour has some serious presence. As it settles, the fruit gives way to comforting baking spices cinnamon, clove, allspice, and a touch of nutmeg.
