In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we sat down with Whitney Cavanah of The Refuge Marriage and Family Therapy to talk about how couples can stay grounded, connected, and intentional during the lead-up to their big day.

She shared so many thoughtful reminders—like the importance of carving out wedding-free time, checking in with your partner daily, and being mindful about how you approach alcohol on the wedding day.

Our first big concessions event of the season kicked off with a bang, and we’re still riding the high. Every year, we challenge ourselves to level up the experience, and this one set the tone in all the best ways. From elevated menus to faster service, and frozen cocktails that might just become the summer concert staple (calling it now!), we had a blast making it all happen.

We’re proud to share that Peak Beverage is now managing operations at Denver’s historic on-campus brewery and launching a brand-new campus pop-up bar experience for students, faculty, and the surrounding community.
