1 1/2 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
1 1/2 oz sparkling water
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
2 tsp sugar
6-10 mint leaves
5 fresh strawberries

DIRECTIONS:
In a medium bowl or large (4-cup) measuring cup with a spout, whisk together 6 ounces berry blue Jello mix and 1 cup boiling water until Jello is fully dissolved.

Once the Jello is fully dissolved, stir in 1 cup cold water, 1 cup pineapple juice, ¾ cup Malibu Rum, and ¼ cup Blue Curacao. Mix until combined.
Carefully pour the mixture between small plastic shot cups. Fill just under the top, so they don’t spill.
