We are Vern's Liquor, and we fight for you! As certain state organizations have recently targeted the sale of cannabis drinks here in the state - despite the fact that the 2018 Farm Bill states that these drinks are, in fact, legal - we choose to continue to offer these products here at our store. Out of concern of any potential future law enforcement, multiple stores have made the decision to remove or sell off their remaining inventory and choose to no longer sell these beverages.... we are here to say that Vern's is NOT one of these stores.
We are here to say that we choose to exercise our legal right to sell THC infused drinks. We invite anyone who enjoys these drinks, or anyone who is interested in trying them, to stop by and see our selection!

🚨🚨🚨FLASH SALE ALERT🚨🚨🚨

There has been quite the response to the KSNT story about a potential ruling by the state to remove Delta 9/CBD drinks from all retail shelves in Kansas. Since Tuesday, we have seen a multitude of new interest in these drinks from first time customers who are interested in trying them out! Thanks KSNT 27 News for the interview at our store, we appreciate the PR! There's been a run on our existing inventory and we are sold out/low on most of these items.
Now, it's understandable that there is some concern out there that stores will eventually have to stop selling any of these beverages. Vern's wants to communicate that until any more information is received, we will be staying the course and continuing to sell and order these products into our store for retail purchase. We will most likely hold off on bringing in any new options for the time being till we can get further clarification on this matter, but as for our current selection we will still keep them in stock!
We will keep you posted when we learn any new developments!

Picture it... Cuba 1898...
An American engineer is supervising a mining operation in a small village called Daiquiri. One day after work in a bar called The Venus, he mixes up Bacardi, lime, and sugar in a glass of ice. He named it after the Daquiri mines, and it soon became a staple in Havana.
In 1909, a U.S. Navy medical officer tried this drink and then introduced it to the Army and Navy Club in D.C.
Eventually, the drink took on the various versions and flavors we know today.
