Sunday October 2, 12-2p come join us in the release of the only barrels of their kind in Florida! We will have Kettle & Pit BBQ food truck providing incredible BBQ, along with a DJ and giveaways.

Balcones Texas Rum was just named best rum in the World in the Pot Distilled category, and now you get to have the Cask Strength Single Barrel expression coming in at 115 proof! Our Rum is made with domestic light molasses and blackstrap molasses, and is double distilled using the tallest copper pot stills in the world! This is the only barrel of its kind in the entire state, don't miss out on your bottle!

Balcones Rumble Cask Reserve was the first spirit ever distilled at our distillery, and is a hybrid spirit of rum and brandy. Rumble is made from Florida demerara sugar, Texas wildflower honey, and California mission figs. This cask strength expression comes in at 119 proof, with a slight sweetness straight from the bottle. The final product is aged in our customized barrels for over 4 years to give a nice toasted oak profile you would come to expect from a bourbon. Another unique offering you won't find anywhere else.
