We are known for our outstanding customer service and willingness to go the extra mile, as well as the smiles that greet you at the door and follow you home! I’d like to invite everybody who has not met the new owner to stop by and say hello! His name is Mannie and his wife’s name is Jas and they’re really great people and want to bring you good prices and a great selection! Over the next week or so they will be bringing in a lot of brand names that I haven’t had for a while, or possibly never had! He really has big plans for the store, and I hope that you stopped by meet him and his wife and buy something! It would mean a lot to me as the former owner of Black Mountain if all of my customers would still continue to come in… Thank you so much for your patronage and friendship!

Well it seems as if my video post left a few people scratching their heads. To make everything clearer, let me explain.
I have sold the store and the new owner will be taking over within a day or so. We thought it might be today, but we are still waiting on the Liquor Authority to finish the final paperwork it seems.
The store will continue to be a w**e and liquor store with the name Black Mountain W**e & Liquor. He will be adding a bunch of products and lowering prices wherever possible.
I know a lot of people are sad that I won't be here to give them a smile, but I can't stay forever and I think 10 years is a good span of time to run a small business. I'm not retiring - just taking a break and then I'll be on to something else. If you haven't already, send a friend request to Deanna DeFilipps so we can stay in touch. It is with a teensy bit of trepidation and awesome excitement that I announce tonight will be our last tasting as the owners of Black Mountain W**e & Liquor. We are planning on closing on the sale of the business on Monday, but you never know when dealing with the NYS Liquor Authority.
Please join us for tonight’s tasting from 4-7 PM! We have our usual 2 whites and 2 reds, but we will have a couple bottles of special stuff available to taste as well. We’ll be having a bunch of fun as we say adieu to our weekly practice and friends, but not for ever, just for now! Take this opportunity to meet the new owner and his beautiful wife. They have great plans for the store! More products – better prices! New energy, new life, new endeavors –
Wish us both the best when you stop by to say hello/goodbye and have your weekly dose of Danny and a sip of w**e to toast the weekend and start anew!
