Today is....

⚠️🚨 International Delight Thursday! 🚨⚠️

We chose to stay close to home this week.... It's much too 🥵🔥 hot 🥵 🔥 this week, so we wanted to bring something fresh and COOL!

Our version, so I'll call it: Salad Gone Rogue!

A fusion of a Chopped and a Cobb, with ingredients we love... And a twist ... y noodle or two!!! 😂

Salad Mix of Crunchy Iceberg Lettuce and Spinach Tossed in Grammy's Vinaigrette with Pico, Sweet and Mild Gorgonzola Cheese, Bacon, Roasted and Diced Chicken Thighs, and Chilled Cellentani Pasta! 🤌🏼🤌🏼

Can we please band together some prayers for Texas, as these people are grieving their biggest losses in unspeakable abundance... 💔❤️‍🩹

I'm having Christmas Break of 2021 flashbacks!!!!!!!! 😑😔🥺🥴😤❤️‍🩹💔

Gotta love a Tuesday that you come in, after the busiest ever week, with all the prep ready to go.... And you walk into a hot walk-in cooler.....and then you have to throw away 30 pounds of ground beef, 15 pounds of chicken and 15 pounds of catfish, clam chowder, ranch, sauces......anything and all things..... because the cooler drain lines froze up and got left on defrost, which it did in record time I guess.... We were so prepared for a banging day today, rested and feeling good.....

Guess we gotta do some shopping and prep today, instead of serving you all. 💔❤️‍🩹

This week ROCKED!!!!!! 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

Thank you EVERYONE for your awesome support this week, the dudes in the back and my little Lexi kicked some serious butt hustling this week!!!!!!

We even had a day that was busier than our busiest day as Candie's!!!!! With only three of us for the first part of the day, and we 💯 couldn't have done it without the help of Michael Aruba in the evening!!! It was a little intense, but 9 o'clock shows up every day, eventually! It was fReAkInG AwEsOme!!!!! 🤘🏼🤘🏼 😜🤪

Anyway, today is 27 years since my parents were in a motorcycle accident and my Daddio, Steve, was taken from us, here are some pictures of him and I....and he and my (also gone now) Madre, with me in utero.... Wasn't I cute once?? 🤣

Last night, we had 5 Steve's in here at one time.... I take that as a hello and a sign from above! ❤️❤️❤️

We have 8.... EIGHT.... eIgHt..... Orders of our Visit to Southeast Asia Special: Thai Curry Marinated Duroc Pork Tenderloin Chop with Coconut Sambal Roasted Potatoes!!! 🔥 Delicious. We sold more of these than Catfish yesterday (destroyed it) and even more than cheesecake, which is 😳😳🤯🤯 because we sell sooo much of both of those!!!!!

We are sold out of Lemon Blueberry Ricotta Cheesecake..... I even had a whole story about it.. 🤣

We have less Big Meadows Mud Pie than Miso Happy for Caramel Apple Cheesecake, but both are going fast!!!

Thank you, Linda, who let us know that it is: NATIONAL CATFISH DAY!!!!! Sooo, we have more catfish available today than ever, and we hope to sell it all to you, even though it isn't TGIFFFFFFFF⁵..... 😂

After a long weekend of supply gathering and car repairs, we got a late start on .... But, yesterday we sold almost an entire Lemon Ricotta with Homemade Blueberry Swirl and Blueberry Sauce, with two left for the week. Hoping to release another today or tomorrow.

We also have a few more slices of Fudge Cake with Strawberry Frosting that I made yesterday, because everyone loved it Saturday and bought nearly the whole thing!

Summer has Gone Rogue and seems like it is in full force!!!!

Happy Saturday! How's everyone's week going? Hopefully awesome!❤️ It's been so warm, I CANNOT even wait to get my toes wet in a river tomorrow and maybe find a cool rock or two. 😊 🥰

We have only a few slices of Tara,Miss you Cheesecake left, so I made a Fudge Sheet Cake with Strawberry Frosting this morning!

A few bowls of Clam Chowder, no Lasagna!

We have plenty of Catfish, Chicken, and Burgers....but we WILL be out of Onion Rings soon! Business as usual on Tuesday! 🫶🏻🖖🏼

TGIFFFFFFFFF! Thank Goodness It's FFFFFish Friday!!! Yippeeeee!!!!!

Last night was WILD!!!!!!! I've always enjoyed the chaos of restaurant work, and last night did NOT DISAPPOINT!!!!! That was awesome!

TODAY......We are making clam chowder again, even though we thought it may slow down on soup sales being summer ... I can definitely say, summer doesn't matter, Chowder still sells out!!! Yay! 🎉

We also have some of yesterday's Lasagna! It placed 3rd in sales yesterday, following Catfish and Cheesecake! Love that Catfish sells the most, 99% of days, having only been beaten by or tied with Cheesecake and the Thursday Special, only twice.

Speaking of Cheesecake, we sold out of Strawberry yesterday.....due to human error, we will remain out today, and potentially tomorrow. (I *am* a human bean, only).... 🚫🍓

We have a full Tara,MissYou and a full Sunbathing Tortuga left for today and tomorrow. 🤘🏼

Fiends. Cheesecake lovers. We love it. We make more, you eat more. It's science, and these are our science experiments. 🤣 🤣 I haven't played science fair games in decades!
