📍 Langhe, Piedmont | 100 % Nascetta from the small village of Novello. A rare white from a place known for Barolo, and the wine shows it with truffley white pepper, earthiness, and tangy intensity.

🇮🇹 Podere della Torre Trebbiano 2024

📍 Abruzzo | 100 % Trebbiano from 30-year‑old vines. A fresh, dark, savory white with earthiness and nuttiness (classic notes from Adriatic whites!)

🇮🇹 Bajaj Prometheus Arneis 2021

📍 Roero, Piedmont | 100% Arneis aged in amphora and terracotta for nine months, plus six in bottle. A little anise, fresh green herbs, and salty clementine peel spice with even tannin.
