Most of the industry says that a cigar requires the midrib vein in the fillers for construction and / or flavor. I will say that we remove the midrib from every leaf in all of our ci**rs. The midrib has a high concentration of ni****ne and other natural occurring chemical that lead to a bitter second half or a bitter relight. With our innovative technique, this can be removed from the fillers and you can still have a well constructed cigar with balanced flavor throughout that will burn razor straight and hold an ash like any other cigar.
