Some of our team got to hang out off-the-clock for an exclusive guided tasting, a deep dive into the art of whiskey-making and blending, and even scored some signed bottles 👀🔥

This morning I was graciously invited to go to to go bud foraging for use in the Clear Creek Doug Fir Brandy. This was such a unique opportunity and, despite the rain, was a lot of fun!⁣

Handpicked organic fir buds are foraged (BY ME!) then infused in Clear Creek brandy. The end product is a vibrant green color, fresh-pine scented, NW-in-a-bottle pour! My batch needs some time to age, but in the meantime grab this unique pour today in a 375ml bottle.

Spent the morning at the beautiful in the heart of the Ribbon Ridge AVA. The lovely Calais (Domaine Divio’s Tasting Room and Sales Manager) guided us through an array of top-notch wines and took us on a little stroll down to study the vines. A huge and heartfelt thank you to Calais and Domaine Divio for so generously hosting a big group from our team!⁣⁣ If you’re looking for a serene and beautiful tasting room experience where every wine is a winner, we can’t recommend Domaine Divio enough!

Look for their wines at our Tualatin location, including the Aligote, Pinot Beurot, and Passetoutgrain; a Chardonnay, sparkling rose, and a selection of Pinot Noirs will soon follow. The team is in hot debate now about which of the many delicious Pinot Noirs to bring in. Stop in to see which bottles were victorious!
