CIGAR SALES ASSOCIATE POSITION

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Not a cigar expert yet? You could be!
We are currently seeking a part time Sales Associate to work at Tucson's finest cigar shop. The ideal candidate will enjoy ci**rs and have a team player attitude, while being able to focus on accuracy, consistency, and diligence. In this role, you will assist customers by providing excellent customer service throughout their experience. You will be trained on the job to be knowledgeable of products, sales, and discounts and to better serve our customers. A balance between professionalism and friendliness is ideal.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet customers in a welcoming manner and make both regulars and newcomers feel at home
• Operates cash register and efficiently collect payment while providing outstanding customer service
• Regularly participates in completing inventory of ci**rs and accessories
• This is a position in a smoke friendly environment with great ventilation, however be able to tolerate cigar smoke for prolonged periods of time
• Weekends required
• Daily cleaning duties
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Detail oriented multi-tasker
• 3 months or more related retail experience preferred
• Read, write, speak, and understand English
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Flexible scheduling which includes weekends
• Essential to be able to work in smoking environment and smoke ci**rs
• Applicants must be 21+ and produce a current resume

SALARY:
• Based on experience

SALES ASSOCIATE POSITION

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
We are currently seeking a qualified, part time, Sales Associate to work at Tucson's finest cigar shop. The ideal candidate will have a team player attitude, is focused on accuracy, consistency, diligence. In this role, you will assist customers by providing excellent customer service throughout their experience. This will include being knowledgeable of products, sales, and discounts, to better serve our customers. A professional and detail orientated nature is a must for this position.

HOW TO APPLY:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operates cash register and efficiently collects payment while providing outstanding customer service
• Confirms pricing accuracy for all products
• Count cash in drawer at and end of work shift
• Records daily transaction amounts from cash register to balance cash drawer
• Reviews price sheets to note price changes and sale items
• Regularly participates in completing inventory of ci**rs and accessories
• Uses electronic scanner to record price
• This is a position in a smoke friendly environment with great ventilation, however be able to tolerate cigar smoke for prolonged periods of time
• Weekends required
• Daily cleaning duties
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation

• Experience in QuickBooks is preferred
• Read, write, speak, and understand English
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Must be available to work with the demands of the department which include weekends

• Applicants must be 18+ and produce a current resume
