This may come as a shock to many, but as of Friday (5/29), we are closing our Torrington location indefinitely.
We want to emphasize that our Plymouth location will still be up and running!!!
We want to thank all of our loyal Torrington customers who supported us over the past two years.
We are closing down for a couple of reasons.
The first reason we are closing is because of the roadwork. For the past two years, the roadwork has negatively impacted the business.
The second reason we are closing is because the industry itself has changed a lot. Labor costs, insurance, cost of goods, electricity, have all skyrocketed. At the end of the day, these are things we cannot control, and even after raising prices to hedge it, we are not doing enough volume to justify the business running itself.
The third reason we are closing is because we must focus on our successful businesses. We own several other successful companies that we must focus on. Our Plymouth store has been established for 20 years, and we look forward to seeing many Torrington regulars in that location.
We have made many friends in this adventure in Torrington, and we hope to see and serve you guys in Plymouth 🙂
