13 years ago today, Wesley came face to face with The Almighty Creator.
Everyone who walks through the doors of Wesley’s knows his story of service. During World War II, Wesley served under General Patton in the legendary 2nd Armored Division — better known as “Hell on Wheels” — as a Tank Commander.
But to Wesley’s family and friends, he was so much more than his military service. He was a beloved family member, a loyal friend, a man of character, and someone whose life left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.
Over the last 13 years, Wesley’s family has honored his memory and continue to carry on his legacy. Today, we wanted to share a few highlights from throughout his remarkable life and remember the man behind the name Wesley’s on Doyle.
Today, we raise a glass, light a cigar, and take a moment to remember Wesley — his service, his life, and the legacy that continues to live on.
