Her person is out there……please boost the signal.
Meet Penny. Her stray hold is up and she needs a special adopter or senior rescue. She is around 8 years old and medium sized at 40 lbs. Penny is almost completely blind. She still has lots of love and life left in her but needs a family that will help be her eyes. Our vet tested her for diabetes and her blood sugar was normal, so she has advanced vision loss from poor genetics most likely.
