The Bows & Bucks space at 33 Salon Drive Theodosia will be avaliable for rental space in the coming weeks.
It is currently set up to be used as hair/nail/tanning salon. The community would love to see another salon open in this space as it is a much needed business for the community.

However, other business opportunities are welcome for this rental space.

The space is approximately 675 square feet. The tenant is responsible for own electric and sewer bills, and their county and village business license. Water bills will be based on current water average and included in rent. Tenant will be responsible for their rental/content insurance.

Hello everyone, I'm Sara Jo Suter, and I'm delighted to reintroduce myself to this wonderful community. As the proud owner and operator of Suters Sweets Bakery, I'm fulfilling my passion.

My journey began a few years ago when I started decorating cookies as a side gig, balancing my full-time nursing job, motherhood, and being a loving wife to my husband Shane.

In May, we took a courageous step, trusting in God's guidance, to open our storefront bakery and leave my nursing career behind. Three months in, and it's been an exceptional experience. I'm grateful to do what I love every day, spreading joy and warmth through our baked goods.

Our bakery offers a wide variety of sweet treats, from cheesecakes and pastries to gourmet cookies, macarons, custom cakes, royal iced sugar cookies, cupcakes, and more. Every item is made with love, aiming to create that perfect bite that brings warmth and happiness.

I hope you'll visit us soon and taste the love we put into everything we make.

We want to thank everyone that supported our small business this holiday weekend. Beautiful Bull Shoals Lake and Village of Theodosia was a hoppin' place this year.
The fireworks 🎆 tent is sold out and closed for the season. The liquor store is stocked and ready.
Again, thank you and God Bless this great nation and all the men and women around the world defending our freedoms.
We are truly blessed! Be safe and enjoy this summer.
