Being a team lead is truly a double-edged sword. On one hand, it’s an honor to guide and support a group of talented individuals, helping them grow and achieve their best. On the other, it comes with a lot of pressure—balancing expectations, handling conflicts, and making tough decisions that affect the entire team. It’s rewarding, but it can also feel like you’re carrying the weight of everyone’s success and struggles. It’s a unique challenge, but one I wouldn’t trade for anything.
