On the other, it comes with a lot of pressure—balancing expectations, handling conflicts, and making tough decisions that affect the entire team. It’s rewarding, but it can also feel like you’re carrying the weight of everyone’s success and struggles. It’s a unique challenge, but one I wouldn’t trade for anything.
