Happy Mushroom Fest 🍄 We just brought in this new earthy, umami-driven Japanese Sake just for the occasion.

Brewery owner and self-proclaimed “fungi investigator”, Kuramoto Touda-San, wanted to create sake that would pair well with mushroom dishes. This limited edition sake is the result!

Don’t knock it, till you try it 🤌

Lambrusco is an ancient, sparkling red wine from northern Italy’s Emilia-Romagna. This wine gets a bad rap from overproduction and sweet styles that flooded the market decades ago. Now, producers craft high quality, dry and thoughtfully produced Lambrusco. Pizza, tacos, BBQ, or a warm evening on the patio with friends… it’s a fun and easy pairing for Summer.

So give it a chance, you won’t regret it.
