Come by anytime to taste with Thijs 🍷

This afternoon we will be tasting Riesling from the Mosel. One of the oldest wine making regions of Germany and one of the coolest in the world. The wines range from bone dry to sweet and are truly unique in the world. No other region can combine tension and elegance like the Mosel.

This Friday, back by popular demand, we’ll taste Chenin Blanc from around the world. 🌎 We’ll taste some great examples from its birthplace, the Loire Valley in France. We’ll have a sparkling wine, a slightly off dry Vouvray and a bone dry version coming from the elusive green chalk soils that are rarely found in the Loire. Chenin Blanc has amazing versatility, both in the bottle and on the dining table.
