....Anddddd just like that, it’s time for another school year! 🍎📚
The backpacks are packed, the shoes are ready, and somehow the little hands we’ve held so tightly are getting ready to walk through those school doors again.
..Or maybe they are about to spread their wings, cars are packed, dorms are ready, and they are off to college to start building their future further!
There’s something so bittersweet about watching our children grow, and as a mom myself, I am right there with you!! 🥹❤️
We spend so much time wishing they would reach the next milestone, and then suddenly we find ourselves wishing we could slow time down just a little.
So, to the moms and dads who are sending their babies off today—whether it’s their very first day or another year of school—remember this:
They may not remember every lesson they learn in a classroom, but they will remember how loved they felt when they came home.
So hug them a little tighter this morning.
Take the picture—even if they roll their eyes. 📸
Tell them you’re proud of them.
Remind them they are capable, kind, and loved beyond measure.
And when they walk through those doors, let them carry a little piece of home with them. ❤️
Here’s to new friendships, new adventures, new lessons, and all the little moments that will become memories before we know it!!
