Growing up I wanted to meet three people
Garth Brooks
Jay Leno
Adam Sandler.

I became friends with in 2003. And in 2004 Garth introduced me to Leno while we were in Vegas. It was a quick interaction. But wow!

Here we are … 20 years later - I got to share the stage with Jay Leno in Honolulu for the convention. Speechless. Coolest thing ever.

He is the coolest of cool. Nicest man ever. Kind. Humble. Funny. Generous. Thank you

6 years ago today I became a member of the “Zipper Club”
14 hour open heart surgery performed by Dr Bavaria and his team at UPenn. All rockstars!

I was in the hospital for over 30 days post surgery and my wife didn’t leave my side for one second. We had only been married a couple months.

Sometimes in life things happen to us and we join a “club” that we would rather not be in. But we soon realize that we are never alone. Communities of people all overcoming adversities of all kinds. Coming together to encourage and inspire each other to persevere.

I love it! We alive baby! Keep rockin it.

The day we will come that we will self reflect on the decisions and the life that we have chosen for ourselves.

I stood on the stage of the 2022 NFL Draft and represented the — and in the moment. I was so proud. It hasn’t always been easy. But I made the decision that I would not quit on myself. I would not quit on the coaches, family, friends and fans that have cheered me on and believed in me.

It has been one of the biggest honors of my life to stand on that stage representing all of you.
