Update on Hb 328- the State bill:
The vote has been delayed! Lawmakers listened to us and are putting good faith in negotiations with our industry and speaking with industry leaders. We hope to be in those discussions ourselves! We want to thank everyone who actually took the time to reach out to their representative. This is definitely a win for the people, for now. The vote has only been delayed a month. Keep calling your representative and let them know how this will impact you!
**** we are still looking at pretty much a full on ban on a federal level in November. Call your federal congressional representative, here in 828 it’s Chuck Edwards (but not for much longer). Tell them they need to amend the bill that they passed last year to allow and not ban the selling of h**p.
Even president Trump called on Congress for these amendments!
We cannot let regulate us out of existence! Reach out to the government today to let them know how you feel and how this will impact you!
