🎉 We're back and ready for the Fourth of July! 🎆 After vending over 50,000+ bags (250,000+ tons!) of ice in the last 3 years, our ice auger motor gave out Saturday night. But no worries—we got replacement parts overnighted and we're fully operational! 🧊

🇺🇸Thank you to the brave men and woman who gave the ultimate sacrifice so we can live in the Greatest Country in the World! Happy Memorial Day Weekend to all our friends!🇺🇸

As we approach our third Memorial Day in business, we want to thank you for your incredible support! 🙏 With Memorial Day weekend just around the corner, we fully expect to sell out of ice (over 6,000lbs of ice) at some point in the afternoon hours on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Usually, we only sell out for an hour or so and our large volume commercial ice makers catch up and quickly replenish the ice bin! However, to ensure you have everything you need for your celebrations, we encourage you, if possible to purchase your ice early in the morning the day you need it OR the night before it is needed so you can ensure that you are able to purchase the “BEST ICE” and avoid disappointment!

☀️ Memorial Day 🇺🇸 Weekend kicks off the ice buying season and we want to let you know what we’ve done to improve our customer experience and share some PRO-TIPS that we’ve learned throughout our first year in operation!

📈 Market Update- We now beat EVERY competitor’s price in Swansea. Especially our competitor across the street from us! We will not name names. . . but that competitor’s name starts with “Cumberland”and ends with “Farms”, where they’re selling 20lbs of ice for $11.56 and OUR price is still $5.00 for 20lbs!

🧊 DOUBLED ICE MAKING CAPACITY - We have doubled our ice making production by adding another commercial ice maker to our machine! Last year we sold out on Memorial Day and the 4th of July and this year our plan is to replenish our ice supply as fast as it’s sold!

💳 NEW CREDIT CARD READER- We’ve upgraded our credit card reader machine. We had experienced intermittent issues with our original credit card reader over the past year. We recently replaced our credit card reader with the new bright yellow reader that you’ll see at the machine! The new reader uses newer technology and has been working flawlessly since we installed it! PRO-TIP: Instead of swiping or inserting your credit card chip, tap your credit card or use Apple Pay! We always encourage you to bring a second form of payment in the unlikely event that you experience problems with our bill validator or credit card reader.

🚨 NEED A LARGE VOLUME OF ICE? We have installed an ice chest/ice merchandiser that can store an additional 150 bags(1,500 lbs) of ice! This means if you need a lot of ice quickly, we can accommodate you without you having to vend it through the machine! Please just text us at 508-496-1095 and we can accept payment electronically and remotely open the ice chest!

🙋‍♂️ IF YOU EXPERIENCE A PROBLEM- Our Kooler Ice vending machine is, for the most part, controlled remotely. While we receive alerts and alarms remotely, we do not always receive alerts for all problems that the machine may encounter. It’s super important that if there is a problem with the machine, that customers text us at 508-496-1095 (the same number that is displayed on the machine) so we can either try to fix the problem remotely or send someone to investigate.

While they increase their prices every few months, ours stays the same! $3 for 10lbs and $5 for 20lbs of ice (nearly half the price of the competition).
