Our Story

The Peconic Cellar Door features wine from As If Wines, Saltbird Cellars, and Brooklyn Oenology. Visiting the Cellar Door. Visiting the Cellar Door. In the fall we are open 4 days a week, Friday-Monday, 12-7pm. we welcome customers to come and enjoy the wines in an environment that is curated to showcase the wines. A few policy Statements (we know...everyone has their own vision of visiting the wineries but someone has to do it). This is a tiny tasting room so we do not allow groups of more than 6 people. No outside food, we are building a snack menu on premises, stay tuned! We love our pets but we leave them at home and ask you to please do the same.
