Who is ready for the 151st Kentucky Derby???
If you are not heading to Churchill Downs for The Greatest 2 Minutes in Sports.... then have a Derby party and make sure to have plenty of Bourbon in the house for the Classic Derby Cocktail!

Ingredients
2 oz. Bourbon
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
3 Fresh Mint Leaves
Crushed Ice by LaVine's Ice Company

Preparation:
Express the essential oils in the mint and rub them inside the glass. To the same glass, add simple syrup, bourbon and crushed ice. Stir. Garnish with more ice and fresh mint.
