In fact, we have two of these historic postcards here at Shaw’s, around the turn of the century. Things were a lot different then, including the dirt street, not yet paved. But to the right is our store !
•
To get a better idea of how the store looked, we actually have a snapshot of the storefronts around that time, when two businesses occupied the building before our Howard Shaw bought out his neighbor to expand the floor space of Shaw’s.
