To redeem a reward, you must sign up with a mobile phone number capable of receiving texts (landline numbers not currently accepted). During checkout of a free reward, our system will send you a text with a unique code required to redeem your reward.
Don't worry, our system will not send you any texts other than the 8-digit verification code during redemption of a reward.
FAQ:
★ How do I sign up?
Simply tell the cashier you would like to use your mobile phone number to earn points. They will enter your mobile phone number and give you a membership card and key-fob card. Sign up is completely free!
Simply present either membership card at checkout & start earning points!
★ What earns points?
Any Regular or Specialty Sub (excluding Double-Meat Subs)
Any Sandwich: Boar's Head or Salad (Tuna, etc.)
Any Breakfast Sandwich
For each qualifying purchase, the dollar amount is how many points it earns. ($7.99 = 7 points).
★ How do I know how many points I have?
Your current points will be listed on the bottom of your receipt, as well as the customer-facing checkout screen after you have had your membership card scanned.
★ How do I know if I can redeem a reward?
On the customer-facing checkout screen, you will see a red "Redeem now" notice below your item. We will do our best to remind you that you can redeem a reward, but keep an eye out!
★ How many points do I need to redeem a reward?
Our "Buy 7 Get 1 Free" promotion works based on points. If you buy 7 of the same item, you will have exactly enough points to get 1 of that item completely free!
However, you can also mix-and-match your rewards!
