UPDATE: We were extremely blessed by everyone with generous donations. Thank you everyone who took the time to go through clothes and dropped off items! Just to claify, this was a one day event for us. WE ARE NOT A DONATION DROP OFF SITE. Unfortunately we do not have the space to accept daily donations. We are continuing to sort through items and we will get them to where they all need to go. ❤️! Thank you again.

🚨🚨CLOTHING DRIVE🚨🚨

Asking for yalls help!! We have gotten contacts in the Newland/Linville area and made a drop off today of some supplies. They were greatly appreciated and 100% needed. They are in need of clothing as well. Knowing they don’t have anything and that cold weather may be creeping in we are doing a short notice but urgent clothing drive. Please bring any lightly used and clean clothes to Mt. Sinai. We will be there Saturday morning (10/5) from 8-12 for drop offs. Our community has been so gracious with donations we know God is working through everyone involved.

** updated to add that the Newland Fire Dept is serving as a hub for several of the smaller surrounding communities. They are dispersing the supplies and know the areas that are in need that you can’t get to by vehicle yet.

We have our generators ready to go.. Hopefully we will not need to use them. But if so, Tomlin Mill will be open.
