This is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon; a highly colored, intensely fragrant and firmly structured wine with the ripeness and breadth of the new world and the restraint of old world sensibility.
It opens up with Cassis, licorice, herbs, black pepper and pain grillé. The wine feels voluminous and weighty on the palate, with high-toned tactile fruit, raspberry, chocolate and hints of mocha; with lush tannins in full dialog with the elegant acid backbone and oak aromatics.
