A little BOO for your Halloween cheese board. 👻🧀🎃

🧀 📝: seasonal Halloween triple-crème brie from Marin French Cheese Co. in Petaluma, California, made with pasteurized cow’s milk and cream. Under the bloomy white rind is a pumpkin-orange paste (colored with annatto) and a thin line of black vegetable ash; the flavor is mild, milky and lightly earthy. Serve it with sparkling w**e or a Kölsch, plus pretzels and dark chocolate for a Halloween board.

Rosé season is over. Orange season is here.

Our fall flight is back. This week only, it comes with a cheese pairing for $20. And yes, that third glass is orange w**e too. It’s Pinot Grigio, a gray-skinned grape that blushes when it sits on its skins. Cult bottle, worth the trip.

For the planners, we’re hosting tastings Thursday at 5, Friday at 6, and Saturday at 3 and 5. Everyone else, just walk in, Wednesday through Saturday.

Cork & Rind is looking for part-time team members to join our w**e bar and retail shop for the holiday season and beyond.

Who you are:
21+
Friendly, outgoing, and great with people
Available evenings and weekends
Interested in w**e, cheese, spirits, b**r, and hospitality
Willing to jump in wherever needed

What you'll do:
Host guests in our w**e bar
Help customers choose w**e and cheese
Process retail and online pickup orders
Assist with events
Help keep our shop clean and welcoming

Pay & Perks:
$15/hour + tips
Flexible schedule

Staff tastings and ongoing w**e & cheese education
