⚠️ PUBLIC NOTICE – COUNTERFEIT MONEY ALERT ⚠️

We want to make our customers and neighbors aware that counterfeit / prop $100 bills are currently being circulated locally.

We recently received a fake $100 bill clearly marked “For Motion Picture Purposes” and “Not Legal Tender.” The transaction was captured on our security cameras, and the incident has been fully documented.

Please be advised:
• ❌ These bills are NOT real U.S. currency
• 🔍 We are closely inspecting all $50 and $100 bills
• 🚫 Any suspected counterfeit will not be accepted
• 🎥 All transactions are recorded for the safety of our staff and customers

⚠️ Attempting to use counterfeit currency is a serious matter and will be handled appropriately.

We are on the move!

After years on Allen Street, Sullivan’s Allen Package Store is excited to announce our upcoming relocation to Island Pond Plaza. This move represents major positive changes not only for our business, but for the neighborhood as a whole.

We want to sincerely thank our neighbors, customers, and the entire community for the overwhelming support over the years. Your loyalty and encouragement made this next step possible.

This transition brings improved access, safer parking, expanded selection, local job opportunities, and allows our former Allen Street location to be redeveloped into new owner-occupied housing, creating a positive ripple effect throughout East Forest Park.

We’re proud to be part of the renewed investment happening at Island Pond Plaza and excited for what’s ahead. Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way. This next chapter is just getting started.l

Island Pond Plaza is excited to share another tenant update as Sullivan’s Allen Package Store prepares to relocate to the plaza.

After years of vacancy and neglect, Island Pond Plaza continues to move forward with renewed investment focused on bringing consistent activity, neighborhood-serving businesses, and long-term stability back to East Forest Park.

This move creates new opportunities for local jobs, improved access and safety at Island Pond Plaza, and allows the former Allen Street location to be redeveloped into new housing designed for owner-occupied living. Together, these projects support responsible growth while maintaining the character of the neighborhood.

We’re proud to share that this project has already received approvals from the Planning Board, City Council, and the East Forest Park Civic Association. Thank you to all who have worked collaboratively to help move this forward.
