We love Saturday! It’s the weekend, it’s summer and there’s a tasting! Yay!
Will from Steep Hill Wines will be here tomorrow, Saturday, July 26th from 2pm to 5pm. He’s got four wines for you to taste. A little smorgasbord of flavor.
From Left to Right:
Himmerod Riesling Trocken: super pretty nose with a tight, acid finish. Yup. A dry riesling. All the aroma, all the dry.
Sobon Estate Chardonnay: It’s the Goldilocks Chardonnay. Not too oaky, not too acidy, just right.
Berries: Yup. Name says it all. Stick it in the fridge and enjoy.
Membrillero Tinto Bobal: Also a chillable red. A little sassafras at the end. Sassy.

Urgency Pinot Noir: Red fruits, plum and light spice. It’s a super easy drinker.
Raineri Langhe Bianco: A delicious Langhe Bianco for a ridiculous price. Crisp with a little pine nut at the finish. With apps or fish.
Bushido Saké: Premium Ginjo Genshu Saké from Kyoto. Red berries and maybe a little watermelon. Delish and best thing? It’s portable.
Tozai Typhoon Saké: A little breadfruit/banana on the nose. Great table saké. We prefer it chilled.
