Unfortunately, we are sorry to announce that the WMRA will not be participating in the Sneva Memorial at Stateline Speedway this coming Friday and Saturday. There are many factors that played into this decision, but unltimately, our car count has fallen to just a hanful of cars and that just isn't enough to put on a show. We can all speculate the causes of why our teams were electing to stay home, but ultimately, the impending weather and high gas prices played a huge role.

All of us with the WMRA want to express our sincere graditude to our sponsor, American On-Site Services and the entire staff at Stateline Speedway. This definitely was a very hard decision for us to have to make.

The Weather Wins!

The WMRA was scheduled to run the first race of the GTG Construction Midget Challenge Series last Saturday night at South Sound Speedway, but mother nature would not allow it to happen!

Fans and competitors will now have to wait until Friday and Saturday, May 29th and 30th for the Sneva Memorial at Mode Stadium Stateline Speedway. Each night of action is supported by American On-Site Services and presented by Park Model Homes; both companies are based in the Spokane Valley.

Hometown favorite Tony Berry, a Gonzaga graduate, will make his return to midget competition and will also compete in sprint car action. Other front runners should include Garrett McLees, Tony Seidleman (back after a 2025 racing injury), Oregon’s Rob Lindsey and Rick Kraft, Brady Ransom, Boise ID. and Kiel Vaillant from British Columbia Canada.
