Today's Tequila Tuesday is a whole new product lineup for us from the small-batch craft tequila brand La Pulga! La Pulga keeps things simple, using only agave, water, and yeast in their production. Their batches are low-yield, and they use no artificial flavors or sweeteners. The blanco, reposado, and añejo are all notably agave forward, with differing levels of spice, herbs, and oak. The añejo mellows out a bit with vanilla and caramel showing up on the finish.

La Pulga represents a new breed of small-batch producers making traditional tequilas that are also innovative and fun. We're thrilled to add them to our shelves!

Today's very special Tequila Tuesday feature is the rare Patrón El Alto. This bottle is a unique blend of Patrón's Extra Añejo, Añejo, and Reposado tequilas, making it a layered and nuanced experience. This one falls on the sweet side of the spectrum, with agave quickly giving way to notes of dried fruit, honey, and caramel. This one's a sipper for sure, and we imagine it pairing well with dessert or a nice cigar.

Today's Tequila Tuesday feature is a bit of happy news! After months of being out of stock due to cartel issues in Mexico, we're thrilled to have La Gritona reposado back on the shelves. La Gritona is one of the few tequila producers that is fully female owned and operated, and they have high level of commitment to sustainable production -- from using recycled glass to donating agave remnants to local farms to use as cattle feed. Oh, and the tequila is great as well, being a true showcase of agave flavors with notes of citrus and black pepper. Available in 750ml, 375ml, and 50ml formats!

Do you feel that chill in the air? Yeah, ok. Neither do we. That doesn’t mean we’re not excited for the best b**r-drinking season of the year, and these early fall arrivals are looking pretty great in the b**r cave. Yuengling’s Oktoberfest is new to us this year, and we’re always happy to see staples from Samuel Adams and Bell’s come back around. If pumpkin b**rs are your thing, Southern Tier’s Pumking is one of the best out there, and we’ve even got an NA Fest B**r from Athletic Brewing Co. There are so many more good fall b**rs to come, but it’s really great to see these early arrivers! 🍂

Today's Tequila Tuesday is a double feature, with these newly-arrived 375ml bottles of the very highly regarded blanco and reposado from Siete Leguas. These flavor-packed tequilas are huge on the palette, while also sticking to tequila fundamentals with primary flavors being agave, black pepper, minerals, and citrus. Siete Leguas is making some of the best traditional tequila out there right now, and this is a great way to try two expressions at once!

This week, we’ll be getting our first shipment of summer’s hot new ready-to-drink cocktails! Lytt Electric Coolers are new this year from the Boston B**r Company. At 15% abv, they come in a wide range of flavors, and feature a glow-in-the-dark lightbulb-shaped container. These will make a great addition to those late summer parties and beach trips!

Today's Tequila Tuesday feature is the award-winning añejo from Insólito. Aged in multiple barrel types, this añejo is heavy on the wood flavors, followed by tons of agave with supporting notes of vanilla and black pepper. A touch of sweetness rounds things out, making this a fantastic sipper if you're looking for something on the bold side of things.

New on the liquor wall this week, we’ve got this special edition from Crown Royal. It’s a rare, hand-selected single-barrel Canadian wh**ky chosen from specially designated “orphan” barrels — exceptional casks that were set aside for their distinctive character. This 103 proof wh**ky is highly limited, and only available in Michigan. Move on this one quickly, as it won’t be around for long!

Today's Tequila Tuesday feature is something brand new from Cazadores. This newly-released pineapple-infused tequila comes in at a slightly lower 35% abv, and carries a fresh pineapple flavor profile that will allow you to easily elevate your cocktails while using fewer ingredients. We think those late-summer margs will really benefit from this one!
