This year for "Heal Da Hood" Hood Dreamz would like to announce we are partenering with "Flamez To***co & V**e" to launch this project to another level. We have done a few events with them this past year and love what Robb and the team are bringing to the table.
So this year we have setup a google form link and a qr code for everyone to nominate a deserving family for a special holiday surprise.
3 families will be selected.
Selection process will be done by Hood Dreamz and Flamez.
Qr codes will be on the flyers which are available at any flamez location. Stop by and scan or click the link below.
If there is any issues contact Flamez in south Sioux city ask for robb and he will help you with the form/qr code.
Nominations will be open until December 16th 2025.
