Let’s put this right out into the open. Steven Marston has decided to try and publicly defame me, David Fritz, as the owner for not giving him the flag fund. Which is an illegal charity that he has been running for years. May he demanded that I pay him $1800 (see text picture) which I ignored. Note the truck full of not brand new flags worth $1800; most of those look very used. Maine charitable solicitation act is the laws that he’s decided to ignore completely. And then Saturday he decides to come into my store and yell at me for not giving him money. That is the absolute definition of racketeering and attempted extortion. Tuesday he decided to come into my store and take a box of coffee that was not on the shelf and not labeled for sale and then decided that he was going to throw a $20 bill on my counter and call it good. I’ll call that theft. Anybody who wants to disagree with me please tell me where you work and I will come and do the same. Then he decides to post on his personal page (see picture) about how I won’t give him the money; that is public defamation. To be clear the money is accounted for (see picture) and tomorrow I will be stopping at the states office for an appointment. And then at the police station to file charges and to have a trespass order put on him.
