Our specials this week will be featuring Asiago
and Alanni will be shredding and portioning some tonight to put in the dairy cooler to buy by the pound.
Order it on your pizza, Italians, or by the handful for a snack, there’s plenty for anything you can dream of putting it on.
I made this breakfast pizza with shredded Asiago and maple syrup, yum!
Tomorrow’s lunch special will be Asiago pasta with chicken and fresh mozzarella.
