You guys. We served all the chicken salad to the racers and did not have enough to have that today! Soooo, chef stayed up late (2 am instead of early 1 am) and prepared this Spicy Thai Peanut Pork Tenderloin Stir Fry for you. And it's delicious!!!!

We also have Hawaiian Macaroni Salad

Someone bought over half the cheesecakes so I have a limited amount of Lemon with Strawberry Sauce and Whipped Cream

I have Death by Chocolate Cake Cups with Chocolate Whip

I'm Working on a Maple Fig and Almond Cheesecake for later today... πŸ’œ

Other than that, don't forget we will be opening late on Tuesday, aiming for noon, but as soon as I leave Durango I'll have a better idea for you. 🫢🏼✌🏼

Today kicked off with a bang right from the start, and nearly everyone was here for the special!!!! Gonna sell out for sure.

Gooood morning!!!!

As this awesome summer begins to come to an end, and we start saying goodbye to our seasonal friends, I have to say.... Sans all the closures for health related garbage....

This summer was awwwweeesommmeeeee!!! It was so great to have a busy summer with a team of restaurants and businesses that left everyone that visited our town thrilled and happy!!! I heard only GREAT things about everyone!!!!! Literally. Everyone, and everything. We were all part of a "Tourist Amenities and Retention Team" that we didn't join on purpose, but that's what we've always wanted! Involuntary team ups for the betterment of the tourists visits!

Anyway, I was just wanting to say how proud I was of everyone and the town doing their best to bring the people back! πŸ’œβ€οΈ Good job!

Now, onto other news

Don't forget Oktoberfest! 4 breweries, 4 courses....$50 a seat, just over 30 seats left.

Also, our Gone Rogue SoFo Players Dart League dudes are soooo cute!!! Look at their remake of Jim Peto's Dad's Team from the 70's!!!! Love these dudes!!! πŸ’œπŸ’œ 🎯

Save the date for an Oktoberfest celebration!!!!

German Oktoberfest officially begins on September 19th. That's a normal business day for us.... What isn't normal, and somewhat "Rogue"... Is opening on Sunday the 20th for a partayyyyyyy!!!!

The dude in the back (Chef) has some wicked plans in the back for a four course meal paired with four Colorado Brewed Oktoberfest beers!

We are going to try to keep it at 40 reservations, with the party starting at 6, first course served at 630.

$50 a person

Taking reservations as soon as tonight.

More details will be leaked throughout the week.

Alright guys, thanks for your patience, love, and support!! Thank you for all the phone calls and texts to check in, sorry I wasn't able to get back to every message! Love you all.

Buttttt, after a long week of not fun things happening... We are here!!!

Got back from Denver at 10 pm, my hand is about 90% awake, and I'm gonna give it a go. We won't have cheesecake or dessert today, because I couldn't make it happen, but I'll plan to have some hopefully tomorrow.

Morning guys!!! β˜€οΈ

I have some improvement in my pain, but my right hand isn't fully conscious yet, still seems drunk and confused somewhat. You know I want to push it and go to work, but I shouldn't, and Chef says no. I'm sure the doctor would say no, too. The roids must be helping. πŸŽ‰

I'm not sure if you know, I'm right handed, and my left hand only knows how to do grunt work. It has no brain, and mainly has a sole purpose of carrying food trays or heavy balanced things above my head. It had a short stint where it had to fill in during bowling and mini-golf due to carpal tunnel syndrome, but it literally hasn't done it in so long it can't even figure out how to scoop ice without dumping it everywhere, and it wants to hit the right buttons on the screen for ordering, but cannot. It's not smart, but it's smarter than my right hand right now. Doesn't give me much hope for today.

So, we are gonna take these last two days before school starts and hang out with the kiddos, make sure they have everything they need for school, and then send them off Monday, head to Durango, then to Denver, and maybe they can get me all fixed up. 🀞🏼 🀞🏼🀞🏼

Sorry to let you all down, but we should see you next week. β€οΈβ€πŸ©ΉI wanted one so bad .... πŸ˜‚
