Two favorite releases. One very good reason to celebrate the long weekend.

CHEERS TO THE LONG WEEKEND

It’s Labor Day Weekend! Go somewhere fun, gather your favorite people, eat something delicious, and pour something really good.

We can help with that last part.

Two favorite releases are hitting the Tasting Room this weekend, and we think you’re going to love them.

JUST RELEASED

ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR
California Aperitivo

Floral, bright, and beautifully aromatic with delicate elderflower, fresh citrus, and an alpine freshness.

Lovely chilled on its own, but we made this one for a great spritz.

THE HUGO SPRITZ
2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
3 oz Sparkling Wine
1 oz Soda Water
Fresh Mint + Lime

Fill a wine glass with plenty of ice, add Elderflower Liqueur and sparkling wine, top with soda, and give it a gentle stir. Finish with fresh mint and lime.

Cold, bubbly, refreshing, and dangerously easy to love. Cheers!

ESPRESSO MARTINI
Ready to Drink

Rich, smooth, and full of deep coffee flavor, made with our very own Prohibition Spirits coffee beans.

And the best part? We’ve already done the work.

Shake it really well. Pour it ice-cold. Enjoy.

Top with cold foam if the mood strikes.

That’s it. A really great Espresso Martini, whenever you want one.

3 oz SPRITZ Apero Americano
2 oz Gloria Ferrer Brut or Prosecco
1 oz club soda to top
Garnish: Orange Wheel

Begin the Fun!
Fill your favorite glass with ice, add SPRITZ, (Choose your vibe...Hugo, Americano, Lemon, SOLCAL & Limoncello) and your Gloria Ferrer Brut or Prosecco
Top off with club soda and stir gently to combine
Garnish with an orange wheel

Just When You Thought the Fun Was Over...

The Stars & Stripes Shot

Dane Whitmire, our highly talented Spirits Ambassador, created this fabulous concoction just for you! It's a playful nod to summer afternoons, melting popsicles, and backyard fireworks. The Stars & Stripes is a festive layered shot that captures the spirit of celebration in every sip. Creamy, citrusy, and topped with a crackling burst of Pop Rocks, it's the perfect addition to Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, or any warm-weather gathering.

Ingredients
½ oz Sweet Cream
1 oz Spritz Apero Americano
Dollop of Cold Foam Creamer
Tropical Punch Pop Rocks

Directions
Pour the sweet cream into a shot glass, taking care not to coat the sides of the glass. Using the back of a bar spoon, gently float the Spritz Apero Americano over the cream to create distinct layers. Top with a dollop of cold foam creamer and finish with a sprinkle of Tropical Punch Pop Rocks.

Serve immediately and enjoy the creamy sweetness, bright citrus notes, and playful crackle of Pop Rocks. One sip and you'll be transported back to summer vacation—sparklers in hand, fireworks overhead, and not a care in the world. 🇺🇸✨🎆 Cheers!

A Father's Day toast, Fred's favorite cocktail, and a few adventures worth taking this weekend.

Hello friends, we see you—and we're raising a glass to you.

Some of life's best lessons aren't taught in a classroom. They're learned around a grill, in a garden, on a mountain trail, or over a drink shared at the end of a long day.

This Father's Day, we're raising a glass to all the dads, grandfathers, mentors, father figures, and everyday heroes who show up, lend a hand, share their wisdom, and somehow make life a little better just by being themselves.

For our family, that's Fred.

He shows up with all kinds of crazy ideas, endless projects, a generous spirit, and a way of bringing calm to the chaos, or visa versa. Whether he's distilling a new spirit, tending the garden, fixing something that doesn't need fixing, or simply gathering people around the table, life is richer because he's in it.

Here's to Fred, and to all those who have helped shape our stories, guided our journeys, and continue to inspire new ones.

Fred's Father's Day Pick

Anyone who knows Fred knows he's an island drink guy.

Give him a Mai Tai, his tiki hut, a little sunshine, family and friends, and he's right where he wants to be. And, I'll join him every time!

Freddie's Mai Tai
Ingredients:
2 oz Sugar Daddy Rum Brandy
1 oz Orgeat Liqueur
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Lime Juice
Garnish: Fresh Lime + Traditional Tiki Flair

Directions
Shake all ingredients with ice and then strain over your favorite tiki glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and all the flair possible!

A Toast to the Ones Who Shape Us

Mother’s Day always brings me back to my mom, who was vibrant, smart, beautiful, and full of moxie.

Years ago, we were traveling through France together. I remember watching her in conversation with a local, completely at ease. When she came back to the table, I asked if she was fluent in French. She smiled and said, “Of course I am… you just didn’t ask.” That stayed with me.

Since then, I’ve tried to move through life with more curiosity, asking questions, slowing down, and really getting to know people. Everyone has their own story and something meaningful to share.

That perspective feels even more special to me now as a mom. I feel incredibly lucky to have Bella, Cooper, and Alex by my side (and Fred, too). They each bring something crazy unique to my life, and I fully embrace and appreciate it all, both the big moments and the quiet, everyday ones.

Today, this Sunday, and every day, we’re celebrating not just moms, but all of the people who step into that role in their own way. The ones who show up, care deeply, and somehow do it all, often running on love, instinct, and just a touch of sparkle. In honor of celebrating, I know that I personally will be starting with this...........

The Generations Mimosa

Ingredients
1 oz Limoncello di Sonoma
2 oz fresh orange juice or blood orange juice
3 oz chilled Champagne or sparkling wine (brut)
Optional: splash of elderflower liqueur for a floral note

Gently pour the Limoncello and citrus into a chilled flute, top with sparkling wine, and give it a soft stir. Garnish with a fresh orange slice or edible flower.
A fresh, elegant twist on a classic, made for celebrating.
