🍋 Celebrate Mom with a Taste of California Sunshine!

This Mother's Day, treat Mom to the zest of California with our artisanal cello collection:

Limoncello: A zesty classic bursting with citrus sunshine.
Orangecello (Orange): Sweet and tangy, capturing the essence of ripe oranges.
Figcello (Fig): Rich and earthy, a nod to California's fig harvest.
Fragolacello (Strawberry): Juicy and sweet, reminiscent of summer fields.
Mirtillocello (Blueberry): Deep and fruity, with a hint of tartness.

Each bottle is a celebration of local ingredients and craftsmanship.

Amy's Favorite Cocktail - A Lavender Lemon Drop!

This cocktail is a floral twist on the classic — light, refreshing, and oh-so-pretty. Made for celebrating Moms!

What You’ll Need:
2 oz Limoncello di Sonoma
1 oz Solano Vodka
¾ oz Fresh lemon juice
½ oz Lavender simple syrup
Lemon sugar (for rim)
Sprig of lavender or edible flower (for garnish)

How to Make It:
Rim a chilled coupe glass with lemon sugar. In a shaker, combine Limoncello, Vodka, lemon juice, and lavender syrup with ice. Shake well and strain into your prepared glass. Garnish with a sprig of lavender or edible flower.

Sonoma Julep Barrel Release:

Celebrate the 151st running of the Kentucky Derby on May 3rd with a Sonoma Julep, our locally crafted version of the official cocktail of the Kentucky Derby.

Each year, Prohibition Spirits releases a barrel of Sonoma Julep in time to celebrate the pinnacle of horse racing and the iconic tradition of the Mint Julep. Swing by our Sonoma Plaza tasting lounge for a sample, then take home a bottle and an official julep tin cup to keep the celebration going.

Easter Sips Are in Season! Our PINK GIN is Fresh and Delicious!

We’re open Easter Sunday with our full lineup of Gins and spring spirits—or skip the hop and order online below. However you celebrate, we’d love to be part of it!

Fred and I will be enjoying our new favorite—the Lavender Collins, crafted with our freshly restocked Pink Gin—absolutely perfect for Easter!

Lavender Collins
2 oz Pink Gin
¼ oz lemon juice
¾ oz lavender syrup
2 oz soda water

Shake with ice, pour into a Collins glass over fresh cubes, top with soda, and garnish with lavender or lemon. We made a double—one for us, one for the Easter Bunny! Fun, floral, and fizzy!
