Can anyone help identify this individual who took 3 of my employee’s tomato plants — something he’s been nurturing and working on all summer. He left Division Street a mess as well. Very upsetting!! He covered his face and he also covered part on his shirt so I’m thinking that he works somewhere in town and is wearing his work shirt.
