We’ve restocked fresh batches of Chicken & Dumplings and Brunswick Stew this week, and added another hearty meal to the shelf—CHILI! 🌶️ Yep, we cooked up a batch yesterday, and it made for a mighty good Darden dinner last night!

We paired ours with a side of our scrumptious cooked collards. And if you come grab some chili, don’t forget a wedge of our June cheese! 🧀 That melty goodness stirred into a warm bowl makes a meal that’ll warm your heart on these crisp fall nights. ❤️

🎃☕ It’s FRIDAY PIE DAY at Darden’s OUTPOST! 🥧🍂

Calling all PSL lovers! We’ve whipped up a fall treat that’s sure to spice up your weekend — Pumpkin Spice Latte Icebox Pie! 🎃☕🍁

This week’s creation was inspired by my husband’s favorite fall drink. And yes, I’m hoping he won’t be too embarrassed that I’m sharing his love for a good Pumpkin Spice Latte! 🤭❤️

We took our signature light, fluffy, and creamy icebox pie tradition and folded in real pumpkin, warm fall spices, a few mugs of rich espresso, and salted caramel. Then we topped it all off with homemade whipped cream, playful caramel designs, and a dusting of espresso powder.

It’s everything you love about your favorite fall coffee indulgence, whipped into one dreamy slice of pie! 🍂🥧

The perfect way to wrap up a crisp autumn evening — or kick-start your morning with a slice. Hey, it’s coffee AND pumpkin… we won’t judge! 😉☕

🎃🥧 It’s Friday Pie Day at Darden’s OUTPOST, and this week we’re taking inspiration from my favorite Halloween candy—and a special request from NNSY! 🍫🥜

Our Peanut Butter Icebox Pie is covered in rich chocolate ganache, topped with homemade cocoa whip, and finished with a mini Reese’s Cup. It’s like a Reese’s Pumpkin in pie form! 🧡

🥬🐷 Cooked Collards are HERE at Darden’s OUTPOST!!! And around here, we put in the time so you can taste the tradition! ❤️

After our hams cook for over SIX hours, we spend about SIX more hours stripping stems, hand chopping, and washing fresh collards. Then those greens settle into a bath of our signature pot liquor—that’s our rich, flavorful ham broth! 🍲

Add a dollop of brown sugar, a sip of apple c***r vinegar, a sprinkle of red pepper, and a heaping FIVE POUNDS of our crown jewel—Darden’s Country Ham—and let it all simmer for another THREE hours or more. 🐷🔥

Now THAT’S a labor of love… and a whole lot of HAM! Come experience collards like nowhere else in the “Country”! 🥬😋
