UPDATE:

The owner of the white pickup and Attitude camper was NOT the individual who had the oversight and forgot to take care of payment for fuel. The owner of this rig has been in contact with us and provided his correct purchase information, and we need to apologize to him publicly for any grief this has caused!

Unfortunately, this means that any description of the vehicle that received the 30 gallons of diesel fuel is not available, however, from our conversations with our staff and other customers during that time yesterday, we understand it was a tall, thin individual in his late 50's or early 60's that pumped the 30 gallons and departed without paying.

If anyone has any information with this updated information please let us know!

Good afternoon Smith Valley!

As the busy Memorial Day weekend comes to a close, we have a post about an unfortunate incident that occurred this afternoon and we wanted to give the individual an opportunity to get in touch with us.

At approximately 2:15 this afternoon, during a late lunch rush, a white pickup hauling a black and white Attitude RV pulled into our fuel island, pumped 30 gallons of Diesel fuel, and departed Buckboard Station without paying for the fuel.

If you accidentally forgot to take care of payment for fueling, we understand oversight and we would greatly appreciate you giving us a call here at Buckboard Station and we could take care of payment over the phone.

Good afternoon Smith Valley and our Facebook family!

A quick blast out for everyone...

Though we have not been able to find more staff for the Station yet, we have saddled up and got ourselves up and running to put the Smokin' Bone BBQ brisket and sides on the menu for Memorial Day Weekend!

Our Brisket dishes, mac salad, potato salad and coleslaw will be ready at 11 am Saturday and served all weekend!

Hey Smith Valley family!

Tomorrow, in honor of every mother on Mother's Day, we will be running a little special!

With every pizza order we will be giving away an order of 4 mini cannoli (or cannolicchi.. normally $8 per order) as a sweet dessert treat for our Moms (while supplies last..)!

And they are on the menu now for A Brooklyn Pizzeria!

Come get some pizza pies and some cannoli tomorrow! We can't wait to see every one of you!

Good afternoon Smith Valley!

As y'all know we lost the use of our grill just before Valentine's Day this year, which meant a time out for killer burgers and delicious breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches at Buckboard Station.

Having said that, we are so very excited to announce....

BURGERS ARE BACK ON THE MENU!!!!

WE ARE BACK TO GRILLIN' AND WE'RE LOVING IT!

So come get a burger, a breakfast burrito or sandwich, a healthy juice or smoothie or smoothie bowl, a yummy Brooklyn pizza, and hopefully soon, brisket and ribs from Smokin Bone BBQ!

We can't wait to see y'all here to celebrate the return of our grill!

Good afternoon Smith Valley family!

We wanted to send out a quick post that may bring a bit of disappointment, however, due to being greatly short staffed, we are going to have to postpone this year's opening of Smokin' Bone BBQ.

We will definitely be bringing back Brisket and Ribs this year, just just not as soon in the year as we had hoped.

We have had a few people express interest in helping us and one staff member was recently hired to start this weekend, but not soon enough to open Smokin' Bone just yet.

Please keep your eyes open for our posts and we will let y'all know when Brisket, Ribs and the rest of the delicious Smokin' Bone BBQ menu will be starting!

Good afternoon Smith Valley and Buckboard Station friends and family!

There is so much going on here at Buckboard Station that we are very excited about and need to share!

First, off, we are still working on getting our Grill back up and running to get burgers and breakfast burritos and sandwiches back on the menu. It is taking longer than expected but we are still working on it.

Second, Spring has sprung and BBQ season is upon us once again and Smokin’ Bone BBQ is rolling out this year’s BBQ weekends hopefully in the next few weeks!

BRISKET AND RIBS WILL BE BACK ON THE MENU EITHER THIS COMING WEEKEND OR NEXT WEEKEND! YAY! (Please keep your eye out for our posts and we’ll let y’all know!)

The reason for the uncertainty on which weekend BBQ will start is with Smokin’ Bone BBQ back in full swing, as well as A Brooklyn Pizzeria and Juice eNVy running full steam ahead, we are going to need to fill a few staff positions to cover all of the shifts that are needed to run the General Store and all food service at peak efficiency.

That said, for us to be able to provide everything we have added to Buckboard Station’s food and beverage menu, we really do need help filling available positions! If we can fill at least one position this week we will be able to run Smokin' Bone BBQ this coming weekend!

If anyone in the community is looking for full or part time work, or if anyone knows someone looking for work, we are currently interviewing for weekend and closing shifts and are needing to fill a few positions as soon as possible!

Good afternoon Smith Valley and Buckboard Station friends and family!

As most of you know we we have been having so much fun with A Brooklyn Pizzeria and the positive feedback has been wonderful! So thank you all for that.

We have decided to make a small change in the dinner schedule for the time being with us currently being, and having been for a while, short staffed.

Nothing major, just a one hour change for Pizzeria and store hours on Friday and Saturday.

Until we are able to find consistent staff coverage, our General Store hours as well as dinner hours for A Brooklyn Pizzeria will now be 4 pm until 8 pm on all our dinner service days, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Thank you all for understand and we look forward to seeing all of your smiling faces every single day!

Howdy Smith Valley family!

What a great morning to come in for a scrumptious Breakfast Bake, a delicious egg and cheese Protein Bite or a warm, gooey Cinnamon Roll first thing in the morning!

We also wanted to let all of A Brooklyn Pizzeria's supporters know that, due to staffing shortages, our lunch service schedule will be changing a bit moving forward.

We will continue to sell Pizza by the Slice daily during lunchtime based on availability, but for the forseeable future, our Saturday 11 am - 2 pm lunch service will be moved to Thursday 11 am - 2 pm lunch service, as we have consistent staff on Thursdays.

We sincerely apologize for the short notice of today's lunch service being cancelled due to staffing, however, we will have Brooklyn and Sicilian slices available today starting at 11 am until we sell out and dinner service will start today at 4 pm!

Good morning everyone!

We posted a quick note yesterday to put the word out that we are hiring once again, and we wanted to post a more accurate description of staff we are looking for and shifts we need to fill.

With the addition of A Brooklyn Pizzeria, and extending our hours much of the week into a dinner schedule, we will need more staff to cover those longer hours.

As we posted yesterday, if anyone knows someone looking for full or part time work, send them our way!
