Good morning again Smith Valley and what a glorious Sunday!

We wanted to remind everyone that we are open for breakfast at 7 am today and tomorrow and all of our other menus will be starting at 10:30 am!

Burgers, deli and sub sandwiches, Smokin' Bone BBQ Ribs and Brisket and A Brooklyn Pizzeria all set to start at 10:30 today and tomorrow.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone's smiling faces this Labor Day weekend!

Good morning Smith Valley!

Labor Day weekend is upon us and as we all know it is the last hoorah of the Summer for many.

We wanted to let y'all know that all Buckboard Station food menus will be in full effect this weekend, Labor Day included, and we will be opening at 7 am each day!

Breakfast Saturday through Monday from 7 am until 10:30!
Buckboard Burgers, Grill, Deli, and Smokin' Bone BBQ serving Brisket, Ribs, Hot Links and all the fixings from 10:30 am until 4pm!
Juice eNVy juices and smoothies from 7 am until 4 pm!
And A Brooklyn Pizzeria spinning New York pizzas from 4-8 pm Saturday and 11 am until 4 pm Sunday and Monday, and serving pizza by the slice!

(Update 9/6: Brisket is SOLD OUT as of this afternoon!!)

So come on in, get some good food, say hello to our team, grab some coffee or your favorite brewskis, have some fun and enjoy yourselves this beautiful weekend!

Last but not least, next week, September 8th through the 14th, Buckboard Station hours will be 9 am until 5 pm daily, with Grill and Deli service only all week, which will allow our owners to take a much needed break and celebrate their birthdays with family, and our normal hours and all menus will resume on Tuesday, September 15th.

As always, we look forward to providing everyone in our community quality food, excellent customer service, and a family friendly environment!

Good evening Smith Valley family friends and community,

We really don't like putting up posts like this, as it is seemingly such a small and silly thing to post about, but we would really appreciate whomever borrowed Smokey's leash from our outside windowsill returning it.

Honestly that leash has a lot of sentimental value as it really was not just Smokey's but has been in our family and with all the dogs we have had with us for over 30 years and we had hoped that anyone in our community wouldn't be inclined to borrow it without asking if they could.

Good morning Smith Valley.

We wanted to send out a quick post for tomorrow's special hours.

July is a month of gathering and celebrations and with July 4th landing on last Saturday, we closed early to allow our staff to be with friends and family for the 250th Anniversary of our great country's independence.

As most of you know it has been a long standing tradition on the Saturday following the 4th of July for the Smith Valley Fire Department to have their annual Steak Fry and Dance starting at 5 pm across the street from Buckboard Station.

Quite like Buckboard Station closed early last week for celebrations, we will close early at 5pm again this Saturday to allow our staff and management to attend the Smith Valley Fire Department's 71st Annual Steak Fry and Dance at 1 Hardie Lane.

We hope you all will join us in support of our incredible squad of Smith Valley Fire Department volunteers by attending the Steak Fry and dancing the evening away!

We will see you there!

🙏❤️ Let’s Come Together for Tyler Mitchell & His Family ❤️🙏

Dear Smith Valley community, surrounding towns, friends, and family,

Today we are coming together to support Tyler Mitchell and his beautiful family. Last Friday, Tyler was involved in a very serious accident and is now facing multiple surgeries and a long road to recovery.

During this difficult journey, his family will need our love, prayers, and financial support. We would like to invite everyone to a fundraising dinner to help support them during this challenging time.

Good afternoon Smith Valley family friends and holiday visitors!

We wanted to let y'all know that in honor of our great United States of America's 250th anniversary of Independence Day, Buckboard Station will be closing at 5pm to allow our staff to be with their families and friends and enjoy the Fourth of July celebrations.

Smokin' Bone BBQ will run all weekend and A Brooklyn Pizzeria will be closed on July 4th but open tonight and Sunday!

Howdy Friends!

We finally had a chance to sit down and put together a post of our General Store hours as well as hours and menu for A Brooklyn Pizzeria and get everyone the current Smokin' Bone BBQ weekend specials menu!

We will try to keep these hours moving forward and if we can find more staff we might add back some hours for the pizzeria if we are able!

Please let us know if y'all want us to post the menu again for A Brooklyn Pizzeria and we will do that so everyone can save it to phones or print it out for the office or home!

Also, don't forget, we are running our Smokin' Bone BBQ special menu every weekend through Thanksgiving so come get some Brisket and Ribs and yummy BBQ sides!

Good morning Smith Valley!

It is shaping up to be another beautiful day here in our neighborhood and this evening our Smith Valley School's graduation and promotion ceremonies begin at 6 pm with doors opening at 5 pm.

To celebrate this occasion, Buckboard Station will be closing at 5 pm to allow us all to attend the ceremonies and support our graduating class of 2026 and cheer on our friend, coworker and graduating senior class member, Makailyn Draucker, along with all the other members of the graduating and promoting classes!

As we will be closing at 5 pm, all food service operations will be closing at 4 pm to allow sufficient time to clean the store and get ready for tomorrow's service!

And don't forget we have our weekly farmer's market here at Buckboard Station today from 10 am until 2 pm so come by and check out today's stands!

Thanks for all of your support and as always we look forward to seeing everyone in our community every day!
