This fine and collectible Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey is aged 8 1/2 years, bottled at 129.48 proof. VERY limited supply. Label features artwork from the original 1955 Santa’s Village brochure, depicting the live reindeer that resided in the stables now reimagined as the park’s speakeasy cocktail bar. Nathan of Littlebear helped the park open this bar one year ago, so this bottle celebrates both the one year anniversary of the Reindeer Room and this Skyforest collaboration.

Rare Character has become the hottest American whiskey brand, coveted by serious drinkers and collectors alike. They have graciously bottled an entire barrel of specially-branded whiskey exclusively for the Reindeer Room and Littlebear. This limited edition release is a one-of-kind 8 ½ year aged straight bourbon whiskey bottled at cask strength. The unique label artwork is from the original 1955 Santa’s Village brochure, depicting the namesake park reindeer – a bottle of Skyforest history! For one special night, gain all-access to rare bottle pours, the stories behind them, and of course the first reveal of this special and highly limited release.

This intimate, seated whiskey experience includes a welcome cocktail, guided tasting, rare bottle pours paired small bites, live music, and hosted storytelling with Jack Choate from Rare Character Whiskey. Join us as we welcome Daniel Hess of back to the mountain to showcase some of his unique, small-production old world + alpine wines. AND of course, his specialty: Traditional Swiss Raclette cheese service as a pairing alongside these special wines!

Event ticket includes four wine tastes, raclette cheese melted to order by Dan (trust him, he’s Swiss!) and all accoutrements. Featured wines will be available for purchase at a special event-only discount.

The Origins of Tiki: Crafting the Classics is a curated, three-rotation guided experience designed for spirited minds and adventurous palates. Spend two immersive hours traveling through the origins of America’s most theatrical cocktail movement, from 1930s Hollywood to post-war Polynesian pop, before crafting your own layered rum masterpiece while enjoying small bites along the way. Your finished cocktail is served in a souvenir tiki glass that is yours to take home.

This exclusive evening is hosted in collaboration with Littlebear Battleship, and includes:
• A 2 hour immersive rotating experience
• A guided historical deep dive into the origins of tiki
• A curated premium rum tasting
