Firefly Outfitters LLC Small but brilliant! An interesting selection of world wines-- not your typical grocery store lineup. Firefly is small but brilliant!

We "outshine" the other Door County wine purveyors with over 1000 wines mainly from Italy, France and Spain. If you are tired of the mass-produced, overly extracted wines that have become the trend nowadays, shop with us! We have carefully selected wines with good structure and balance, made by smaller producers who care about their wine and their reputations as wine makers. It's not our official

motto, but we frequently say "no critter wines." Most of our wines are in the $15 to $30 range. We also carry a sizeable selection of sparkling wines from around the world, including grower champagnes from France. Our beer and liquor sections are small, but unusual. In addition to libations, we stock a variety of camping/outdoors/emergency supplies, such as freeze-dried meals, solar rechargeable lights, personal water filters and more. Handmade soaps and body products made by Jennifer Dahl, along with a few folk art pieces and antiques are also available for sale.

What a crazy handful of days we've had in Door County. We hope everyone is finally getting dug out and able exit their dwellings after the blizzard! Yesterday I drove around a bit and found the Piggly Wiggly, gas stations, hardware store and post office open (although the postmaster said no mail truck had arrived in the last 2 days.)

We'll be open Thurs-Sat 10-5:30 unless the weather turns the streets dangerous again. Please take care driving or while out walking with all those huge snow piles obscuring the view.

Come see Jen at the downtown Holiday Art Fair on Friday & Saturday 10-4. Local artists and always a terrific variety of items.

New for me this year are hand made German-style Feather Trees, made from goose feathers. And as always, I'll have my myriad handicrafts--wood and paper ornaments, little gnomes and chenille characters, bottle brush trees on vintage thread spools, soaps, cards, etc.

And suddenly it's Winter? At least we are looking at 40 degrees tomorrow.

Christmas is looming. Thanksgiving is late, but it makes Christmas come fast! We have Advent Candles at the shop. I am thinking of making Advent Wreaths if my holiday greens delivery happens like it should the week before Thanksgiving.

Greens, holders for the candles, and the candles (three pink and one purple) plus a bit of embellishment-- $60. If there is enough interest, I'll plan on it. Let me know!
