More than 30 of our top local agents recently gathered at 3220 Ever Tree Lane NE in Solon to experience this truly extraordinary property firsthand. With nearly 22 acres, almost 7,000 square feet, and one of the most beautiful settings in Eastern Iowa, this home is unlike anything else in the market and it was an honor to showcase it alongside some of the best in the business.

We were so proud to welcome these agents to tour the property, take in the setting, and gain a deeper understanding of everything this remarkable home has to offer.

A huge thank-you to everyone who helped make the Broker Open such a success. From those who helped prepare and present the home to the incredible local businesses who partnered with us, this truly was a team effort.

Thank you to JJ's Staging & Co Lauren Chalupsky and The Secret Cellar Nothing Bundt Cakes Brenda Swanson Deeply Rooted and Corridor Home Photos for helping photograph the property. A special thank-you to .co for the amazing sunrise session and for capturing all the details of the Broker Open so beautifully. And finally, thank you to Mike Thome for helping host this wonderful event.

Another special thank-you goes to everyone behind the scenes who has worked so hard on this property along the way, including our electricians, plumbers, lawn-care team, and everyone else who has helped prepare and care for this home for the market.

A special treat for me was having my daughter Ava, stop by, which made an already special day even better.

I am incredibly grateful to the agents who took time out of their day to tour the property, ask questions, share feedback, and help us continue telling the story of this truly special home.

Stay tuned for the upcoming announcement of the awesome giveaways!
